Terms of Use

Effective date: July 3, 2026 · Applies to the JOA Digital applications — HogarCare, Reto21, Lumin and EveryLife — in all regions.

Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or accessing any JOA Digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Joa Digital Business ("Company", "we", "us").

License and permitted use

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may:

• Use the application and stream or download included materials on your personal devices
• Print checklists and reference sheets for your own use

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your access credentials or downloaded materials with any third party
• Upload, host, or publish any portion of the content on any website, platform, or file-sharing service
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the materials
• Use any content for commercial purposes, including training programs, courses, or paid publications
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content beyond the standard interface

Our applications provide educational and wellness content and organizational tools. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutrition module is intended to help you follow a plan provided by your own qualified professional. Always consult your doctor or nutritionist for clinical decisions. Mindfulness, breathing and personal-reflection content (Reto21) supports everyday wellbeing and habit-building; it is not psychological or medical care and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Reto21 is not affiliated with any church or religious organization. Individual results may differ.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Each plan is a one-time payment for the period stated; there are no automatic recurring charges.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including credential sharing or unauthorized redistribution, without refund.
