Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, billing address, and payment details when you make a purchase; health-related information you choose to log inside the applications (such as sleep, training, meals and clinical notes) and personal journal entries you write in Reto21
- Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URL through cookies and similar technologies
- Payment information: payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number on our servers
How we use your information
- Process and fulfill your purchase
- Deliver the digital product and grant access
- Power the app features you use — your health logs exist to be shown back to you
- Send order confirmations and access credentials
- Respond to your support inquiries

Health data
Health-related information you log is treated as sensitive. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold to third parties, and is never used for advertising. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the product (such as payment processing by Stripe and email delivery), under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
